Sailing Moves Up In The Polls

The Boston College sailing team had a successful weekend on the water as the Eagles placed first in the Oberg Trophy Regatta and the Stu Nelson Women's Regatta. The team also picked up a second place finish in the Central Series competition and a ninth place at the Hoyt Trophy Regatta.

This afternoon, the Sailing World's College Rankings were released and Boston College is now second in the women's category and sixth in the coed poll. The poll is conducted by Sailing World and 19 college coaches make up the committee that conducts the poll.
