Chestnut Hill, Mass. - The Boston College softball team fell in both games of a double header against Florida State, 7-1 and 11-4, on Saturday at Shea Field. Morgan Bullock then advanced the runner with a single through the right side, before Tiffani Brown loaded the bases by beating out a throw to first that would have ended the inning. A hit from Shayla Jackson and back-to-back walks from Jen Lapicki and Robin Ahrberg plated put the Seminoles up, 3-0.

Four Florida State runs completed the scoring of the first meeting, 7-1. The Seminoles loaded the bases when Gomez doubled down the right field line to lead off, Courtney Senas walked and Bullock singled up the middle.
