Men's Track Competes At The ACC Indoor Championships

The Boston College men's track team competed in the 2010 ACC Indoor Championships from February 25-27 at the Rector Field House on the campus of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.
Florida State won the ACC Indoor Championship with 107 points. North Carolina came in second place with 103.5 points, and host school Virginia Tech rounded out the top-three with 97 points.
Senior Timothy Ritchie finished in third place in the 3000m run with a time of 8:13.60. Junior Philip Woerner finished 20th in the 3000m run crossing the line at 8:28.00.
Junior Matthew Kosmas paced the Eagles in the field events finishing in 12th place in the weight throw with a toss of 15.91m.
Boston College will be back in action on Saturday, March 6 as it will compete in the Alex Wilson Invitational in Notre Dame, Ind.
