Albright Earns Gridiron Club Award

Senior DE Alex Albright was named the recipient of the Boston College Gridiron Club Award.
Albright, who missed the last five games with a broken leg, finished the regular season with 25 tackles (16 solo), nine tackles for a loss, 4.5 sacks, two pass breakups and an interception. His sack numbers are still the best on the team and he ranks third in tackles for a loss.
Named a team captain prior to the season, Albright has started 27 games in his Boston College career. He set a new career high with three tackles for a loss against Virginia Tech this season and his interception against Kent State was the first of his career.
