Chestnut Hill, MA - The Boston College sailing team placed first with a perfect 10-0 record at the third Norm Reid Trophy Team Race on October 13. The event was completed with the help of assistant coach Mike Richards and 2007 alumnus Spencer Powers.
The Eagles defeated Vermont (7-3), Tufts (6-4), Roger Williams (4-6), UNH (3-7) and McGill (0-10) in the competition.
BC was led by alums Alan Frith, Alden Reid, Carrie Amarante, Leigh Kempton and seniors Taylor Canfield and Emily Migliaccio.
