The Boston College football team braved 85-degree temperatures for a single practice Saturday afternoon on Shea Field, just two weeks before the season opener vs. Northeastern.
The team will practice twice Sunday; an early-morning walk-through will be followed by pool time, church services and meetings. At 3:30 p.m. Sunday, the Eagles will participate in their third intrasquad scrimmage of fall camp.
Monday is a scheduled day off for the team. The Eagles will return to the practice field Tuesday for their final day of double sessions. Wednesday afternoon, the team will hold its final intrasquad scrimmage.
Following practice Thursday morning, the student-athletes will spend that afternoon moving into their assigned housing areas for the fall.
