Lacrosse Announces January Clinic Dates

Boston College women's lacrosse and Head Coach Bowen Holden announced today that two winter lacrosse clinics that will be held in January, 2010.
The first, a one-day clinic on January 15, is for current fifth through eighth graders, and the second, a two-day clinic on Jan. 16 & 17, is for current ninth through twelfth grade athletes.
The clinic will be coached by Holden and assistant coaches Caroline McGuire and Jennifer Kent, as well as current members of the Eagles' lacrosse team.
The Jan. 15 clinic is a one-day clinic (5:00 - 7:00 p.m.) catered toward athletes looking to improve their skills and for first-time lacrosse players. Goalies will have individualized sessions while field players will work in skill groups.
The Jan. 16-17 clinic is a two-day clinic (Noon - 4:00 p.m. each day) that will focus on both individual and team skills. The first day will be dedicated toward honing individual skills and the second day will put them to use in a three-on-three, round-robin tournament.
