Drexel came back to score a run in the top of the third, fourth and then three runs in the top of the sixth to put the score at 5-1. After Dragon pitcher Gaudier loaded the bases again, Booth singled, driving in senior Angela Pandolfo for the fifth run. The rally continued off another Drexel error, which allowed freshman Alison Kooistra to score. Tunstall singled for the second time, driving in Dani Weir. Ramos grounded out to the second baseman, scoring Booth. The Eagles finished the inning with seven runs on seven hits, registering the final score of 8-5.
