Sean Marshall To Attend Portsmouth Invitational Tournament

Boston College senior guard Sean Marshall has accepted an invitation to play at the 55th Annual Portsmouth Invitational Tournament from April 4-7, 2007.
The nation's oldest amateur basketball tournament, the Portsmouth Invitational is recognized by NBA and European scouts as the premier showcase for future professional players. It is the only tournament for college seniors to be evaluated by NBA scouts prior to the NBA's pre-draft camp in Orlando.
All games are played at Churchland High School in Portsmouth, Va.
Marshall played in and started all 33 games for the Eagles in 2006-07, averaging 14.8 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.
The Rialto, Calif., resident played in and started all 133 games during his four-year collegiate career. He finished his career with 1,491 points and 460 rebounds in 3660 minutes. He finished as Boston College's career leader in both games played and games started, and ranked 14th on the career scoring list.
