Eagles Announce Football Tailgating Policies

Boston College Director of Athletics Gene DeFilippo is pleased to announce some changes in tailgating regulations for the upcoming season. Together, Boston College and the city of Boston have established the following schedule for pregame and postgame tailgating on campus:

| 9/9 | Clemson | 3:30 p.m. | 3 hours prior to kickoff | 1 hour after game |
| 9/16 | BYU | Noon | 2 hours prior to kickoff | 2 hours after game |
| 9/30 | Maine | 1:00 p.m.* | 3 hours prior to kickoff | 2 hours after game |
| 10/12 | Virginia Tech | 7:30 p.m. | 3 hours prior to kickoff | After game |
| 10/28 | Buffalo | 1:00 p.m.* | 3 hours prior to kickoff | 2 hours after game |
| 11/11 | Duke | TBA | 3 hours prior to kickoff* | 2 hours after game* |
| 11/18 | Maryland | TBA | 3 hours prior to kickoff* | 2 hours after game* |
"We are appreciative of the city's cooperation as well as our fans' continued support," DeFilippo says. "Our fans were very responsive to last year's changes and I know they will embrace this year's agreement as well."
