Eagles Announce Football Tailgating Hours

Boston College Director of Athletics Gene DeFilippo is pleased to announce some changes in tailgating regulations for the upcoming season. Together, Boston College and the city of Boston have established the following schedule for pregame and postgame tailgating on campus:
Clemson (Sept. 9, 3:30 p.m.): Lots open 3 hours prior to kickoff; Lots close 1 hour after game.
BYU (Sept. 16, Noon): Lots open 2 hours prior to kickoff; Lots close 2 hours after game.
Maine (Sept. 30, 1:00 p.m.*): Lots open 3 hours prior to kickoff; Lots close 2 hours after game.
Virginia Tech (Oct. 12, 7:30 p.m.): Lots open 3 hours prior to kickoff; Lots close after game.
Buffalo (Oct. 28, 1:00 p.m.*): Lots open 3 hours prior to kickoff; Lots close 2 hours after game.
Duke (Nov. 11, time TBA): Lots open 3 hours prior to kickoff*; Lots close 2 hours after game*.
Maryland (Nov. 18, time TBA): Lots open 3 hours prior to kickoff*; Lots close 2 hours after game*.
"We are appreciative of the city's cooperation as well as our fans' continued support," DeFilippo says. "Our fans were very responsive to last year's changes and I know they will embrace this year's agreement as well."
