Kadison, Wagoner Honored By IWLCA

CHESTNUT HILL, MA - The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has honored 42 teams and 141 Division 1 individuals for high academic achievement. The Boston College women's lacrosse team was one of the teams honored by the IWLCA for having a team GPA of over 3.0.
Boston College was also represented on the 2006 IWLCA Academic individual honor roll. The student-athletes are honored for their high level of success in the classroom. Senior Elizabeth Kadison and junior Katherine Wagoner were the two Boston College student-athletes to receive the honor.
Kadison, a senior from Evanston, Ill., graduated with a degree from the Lynch School of Education as an elementary education and human development major. Kadison led the team in scoring with 28 goals, 12 assists for 40 points. She had four goals in a victory over UMass on April 4th. Kadison finished her career with 57 goals and 21 assists.
Wagoner, a junior from Navato, CA, helped the Eagles to an 8-9-0 season. Wagoner finished the season with 11 goals and seven assists for 18 points. She has played in 50 career games and has scored 17 career goals. Wagoner is studying romance languages.
