The Boston College rowing team returned to the Charles River on Saturday, racing against crews from Northeastern and Radcliffe.
The Eagles, fresh off a strong performance in last weekend's Jesuit Invitational, finished five seconds behind Radcliffe in the varsity-four race. BC's second varsity four also came in second.
Radcliffe's crews won all six events and BC finished third in the varsity eight, second varsity eight, novice eight and second novice eight.
BC races against Northeastern, Dartmouth and Buffalo in Boston, Mass. on Saturday morning.
