Men's Fencing Competes In Cambridge Over Weekend

Cambridge, Mass. - The Boston College men's fencing team competed in two meets this past weekend at Harvard and MIT. The Eagles earned one win against Yeshiva on Sunday and finished the weekend 1-5.
On Saturday, the men's squad battled against New York University, University of Pennsylvania, and Harvard. The Eagles fell in the three contests.
BC performed better on Sunday by beating Yeshiva 23-4. The Eagles fell to North Carolina 15-12 and Duke 19-8.
The men's foil squad had the most success over the weekend. Will Lawrie and Sean Hickey won 50 percent of their bouts.
BC will compete in the New England Collegiate Championships at MIT on February 19.
