Cross Country 's Laurel Burdick Earns ACC All-Conference

Greensboro, N.C. - Cross country senior Laurel Burdick earned All-Atlantic Coast Conference after her performance at the ACC Championship in Tallahassee, Fla.
Burdick ran the 6K in 19 minutes, 40 seconds for eighth overall. Burdick had previously earned ACC Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 3, after a stellar third place finish at the Murray Keatinge Invitational.
The senior co-captain leads the cross country squad currently ranked 18th in the nation, according to FinishLynx.
The women compete again at the NCAA Pre-Meet in Terre Haute, Ind., on Saturday, Oct. 15.
