Baseball Contests With No. 21 Rutgers Postponed

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College baseball team will have to wait another day to begin the 2002 BIG EAST portion of its schedule as Saturday's double-header with No. 21-ranked Rutgers University has been postponed due to poor playing conditions at Shea Field.

The Eagles and Scarlet Knights will take the field at 11 a.m. Sunday for the first of two games. The second game will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one. Game one is slated for seven innings, while game two will be a regular nine-inning contest.
