CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Sophomore forward Justin Dziama netted his first goal of the season and junior goaltender Tim Kelleher made 23 saves to lead Boston College to a 1-0 non-league win over Harvard before a crowd of 5,868 in Kelley Rink.
The victory was the Eagles' fifth consecutive win. Boston College raised its record to 7-4-1, while Harvard dropped to 3-4-1.
Dziama scored the game's lone goal at 15:25 of the first period. Sophomore Ty Hennes and junior Anthony D'Arpino assisted on the goal.
Kelleher recorded his third collegiate shutout -- his first of the season. The junior made four saves in the first period, 10 in the second period and nine in the third period.
Harvard goaltender Will Crothers also made 23 saves, including 12 in the third period.
The game featured just three penalties -- two on Harvard and one on Boston College.
