Men's Golf Places Fifth At Toski Invitational

AMHREST MASS. - Today, 22 teams completed their second and final round at the Toski Invitational held at The Hickory Ridge Country Club. The Boston College men's team came in 5th out of 22 teams with a team total of 608 over the two days. Junior Rich Tilghman lead the Eagles, finishing tied for 7th in overall individual competitions. Mike Rich tied for 9th with a two - day total of 150, while Sean McReynolds, Christopher Sanossian, and Bob Gregory topped off the Eagles' performance. All told, 133 golfers competed.
Central Connecticut's Travis Woods took the honors as individual champion of the invitational, finishing with the low score of 142 over the two days. Central Connecticut's team also lead all scores with a 592.
The Eagles will next be competing in the ECAC Championship Tournament on Thursday, October 5, in Hamilton, N.Y,
