For the past seven years our ticket holders have adhered to our directives for game day traffic, transit and parking. The results have been terrific. Because of you, our transportation and parking plan works! No longer are BC fans caught in traffic jams or confused about where to park on game day. The Game Plan outlines the best transportation options for all of our ticket holders. Just follow the plan and arrive at BC hassle-free and ready to enjoy the game.
Cooperation is essential in order for all of our fans to enjoy the Boston College football experience. Alumni Stadium will host the best college football action in New England this season. Adherence to the traffic, transit and parking Game Plan will help ensure that everyone enjoys the game!
REMEMBER THESE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PLAN!
-NO PASS - NO ADMITTANCE ON CAMPUS -- Game day parking on the BC campus is restricted to those with preassigned permits only. On game day, the Boston College main campus has been defined as a "Control Zone." The boundaries of the "Control Zone" are Beacon Street, College Road, Commonwealth Avenue, and St. Thomas More Drive. Vehicles without properly displayed permits will not be allowed to gain access to this restricted "Control Zone" area.
-SEATON TICKET HOLDERS - RESERVED PARKING - Parking at St. John's Seminary and the Newton Campus is available on a preassigned basis only. Permits may be obtained at no charge. Permits are also available to reserve a space for you at one of our satellite locations in the Needham Industrial Park or Brighton Satellites.
-CARPOOLING - Parking in the Beacon Street (2nd and 3rd Levels Only) and Commonwealth Avenue garages is available for season ticket holders who pre-commit to carpool with a minimum of four persons per vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis.
-SINGLE-GAME TICKET HOLDERS (VISITING FANS) - All single-game ticket holders without preassigned parking permits must use satellite lots (off-campus parking) with free shuttle bus service or convenient public transportation on the T.
TAKE THE T TO BC
The Best way for any of our fans to travel to the game, especially those without specific parking arrangements, is to take public transportation, known to locals as the T.
The T makes transportation easy with ample parking at T stations convenient to major highways and popular hotels. The T recommends D Line trolley service from Riverside Station D Line trolley service from Riverside Station (Exit 22/Rte. 16E from Rte. 128). Guests of the Newton Holiday Inn or the Newton Marriott Hotel will find Riverside Station extraordinarly easy to use.
The T offers several Green Line stations located within short walking distances to Alumni Stadium, including the Chestnut Hill (D Line), Reservoir (D Line), Cleveland Circle (C Line) and Boston College (B Line) stops.
CONVENIENT SATELLITE LOT ONLY MINUTES FROM THE STADIUM
For 1999, the following satellite parking lot, with free, convenient shuttle bus service, is available to our ticket holders. The free shuttle bus service will begin two hours before kickoff and end two hours postgame. Tailgating is not permitted in this lot:

From Route 128, take exit 19A. You will then be on Highland Ave. At the Ground Round restaurant, take a right onto First Avenue and follow the appropriate signage to the Boston College parking areas. This parking area is in the vicinity of the Sheraton-Needham.
