CHESTNUT HILL, Mass---The Eagles got to the five hundred mark for the first time this season with two wins over the Brown Bears in softball action Wednesday night at Boston College.
Senior Ann Marie Ambros(Bridgeton, NJ) got the game-winning RBI in the bottom of the 12th in game one of the doubleheader. Junior Mary Dietz(San Manuel, AZ) pitched 11.1 scoreless innings for the Eagles allowing six hits , striking out 15. Freshman Brooke Shull(San Diego, CA) came into pitched the 12th, earning her second win of the year.

In the night cap, junior Chris Vicari(Totowa, NJ) hit a grand slam in the bottom of the second that capped an eight run inning for the Eagles to secure their 14th win.
Junior Lauren Fischetti(Brightwaters, NY) settled down after allowing four runs in the first to earn her third win of the season.
The Eagles will be away this weekend when they take on Notre Dame on Saturday and Pittsburgh on Sunday.
