Eagles Battle Yale to Deadlock

Boston Boston College sophomore Chris Hamblin (Bristol, England) made eight saves in 120 minutes to preserve the scoreless tie against Yale in the Brown University Invitational, in Providence, R.I.
The Eagles and the Bulldogs competed in a physical match that featured 35 fouls and five yellow cards. Both Hamblin and Yales David Bochmer made eight saves.
Boston College moves to 3-1-1 on the season and the Bulldogs emerge 1-0-1.
The Eagles will return to action on Friday, September 18 at 7 p.m. when they travel to Syracuse, N.Y. to battle BIG EAST rival Syracuse in BCs BIG EAST opener at Providence, R.I.
