Megan Bozek

Megan Bozek joined the Boston College field hockey coaching staff prior to the 2014 season after a stellar career at the University of New Hampshire.
The Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., native earned 2013 Longstreth/NFHCA Division I All-America First-Team honors after being named America East Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive year and being named Most Outstanding Player of the America East Championship as the Wildcats won the regular-season and tournament championships and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in three years.
The back anchored UNH's defensive unit that allowed just 0.39 goals against in five conference games and she was also an integral part of the offensive penalty corner unit. A captain, she started all 22 games and recorded 19 points on eight goals and three assists to rank third on the team in both goals and points. Bozek also tallied a team-high four defensive saves.
Bozek is also a three-time NFHCA National Academic Squad member and earned All-America Third-Team honors in 2012. She amassed 29 goals and eight assists for 66 points in her 85 career games as a Wildcat while making 13 defensive saves.
A member of the U.S. Senior Women's National Indoor Field Hockey Team, she earned gold at the 2013 RohrMax Cup. She also participated in USA Field Hockey's Women's National Championship from 2012-14.
In 2014, she graduated from New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in secondary education and mathematics.
