Anthony Latronica

Anthony Latronica joined the Boston College men's soccer coaching staff as an associate head coach in April of 2025.
Latronica’s previous college experience includes stops at Harvard, the United States Air Force Academy and Oregon State. He most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer for the Tampa Bay United Soccer Club, a club dedicated to youth and pre-professional pathways in the entire USL system, launching two USL League Two franchises, a USL W League franchise, and three USL Academy teams.
A Class of 2025 inductee to the University of Rhode Island Athletics Hall Of Fame, Latronica was a two-time NSCAA All-American, three-time NSCAA All-New England selection, four-time Atlantic 10 All-Conference selection and a four-year team captain. He currently holds school records in career shutouts (25), single season goals against average (.69), and single season shutouts (13), which remains a URI and Atlantic 10 Conference record. He led the team to back-to-back NCAA appearances, a program best single season wins record (19), single season winning percentage (.826) and won the first regular season and postseason conference titles in school history.
Nominated as a USAA All-American Scholar, ECAC Scholar Athlete of the Year, NECAC Student Athlete of the Year Nominee and Academic All-Conference selection, Latronica graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with distinction. Latronica served as the chair of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and represented the student body as a member of the NCAA Steering Committee for Accreditation and Gender Equity Sub Committee. Latronica holds his A License from the United States Soccer Federation and FIFA Futuro License from International Federation of Football Association.
As a professional, Latronica was a standout pro for the Worcester Wildfire, Boston Bulldogs and Connecticut Wolves. He was also a journeyman in the early years of Major League Soccer with the New England Revolution, San Jose Earthquakes, NY/NJ Metrostars and Kansas City Wizards. His international playing experience includes stints in England with Millwall FC, Bromley FC and in Italy with Monselice Calcio. The Littleton, Colorado native was a Parade Magazine All-American at Columbine High School and represented the United States Soccer Federation at the U-20, U-21, and Senior Men’s National B Team level.
