Liam Kahn joins the Boston College track & field program as a field events coach for the 2023-24 season. He spent the last year as an assistant throws coach at Brown University.
Kahn began his athletic career at Butler as a two-sport athlete, starring for the Bulldogs’ baseball and track & field teams. In 2019, Kahn placed second in the javelin throw at the Big East Championship.
After graduating cum laude from Butler in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, he earned his master’s in management studies from Duke in May 2021. As a graduate student at Duke, he placed third in the javelin at the 2022 ACC Championships with a personal-best throw of 71.33 meters.
