AS A SENIOR (2012-13)
Spring: Earned the prestigious Weaver-James-Corrigan Award - a postgraduate scholarship through the ACC ... went 3-6 (0-3 ACC) in dual doubles matches ... took victories in doubles over opponents from Harvard (2/23) and Brown (2/22) ... won on court No. 3 in doubles, 8-4 with Wan-Yi Sweeting, in season opener at Dartmouth (1/19) ... earned the Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement.
Fall: Went 4-3 in doubles play and 0-2 in singles competition ... earned two victories in doubles action (with Heini Salonen) at the Harvard Invitational (11/9-11) ... won two matches in doubles play (with Julia Casselbury) at the Brown Invitational (9/21-23).
AS A JUNIOR (2011-12)
Spring: Tallied a 4-5 singles record, going 2-3 in ACC play ... came back to defeat NC State's Nicole Martinez (4/6)in the No. 6 position, 1-6, 7-6 (9), 1-0 (5), to help the Eagles take down the Wolfpack for the first time in program history ... also earned single victories over Wake Forest's Catherin Roach (4/7), Brown's Nikita Uberoi and Dartmouth's Shelley Carpeni in BC wins ... recorded a 5-14 double record, mainly with partner senior Katarina Gajic in the No. 3 position ... earned an ACC victory, 8-4, over Wake Forest's Brigita Bercyte and Catherine Roach (4/7) with freshman Sarah Dalton ... tallied wins with Gajic over No. 42 USF's Fanny Fracassi and Lucie Ray, 8-0, (3/7) and No. 65 Syracuse's Breanna Bachini and Amanda Rodgers, 8-3, (2/11) ... recipient of the Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement ... named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Fall:Went 2-1 in singles action at the Brown Invitational (9/23-25), winning two matches before falling in the finals of her draw to Katherine Flanigan of Princeton, 7-5, 6-2 ... lost both doubles matches with partner Sarah Dalton in tournament.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11)
Spring: Led BC to its highest-ever ITA ranking (33) ... appeared in five singles matches at the No. 6 position ... defeated Jessica Podlofsky of Massachusetts (1/30), 6-3, 0-6, 1-0(8) ... played one doubles match with Alex Kelleher against No. 52 Kahan/Nze of No. 4 Duke (3/25) ... recipient of the Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement ... named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Fall:Recorded a combined record of 12-2, going 7-1 in singles and 5-1 in doubles play ... won Flight H with a 4-0 record at the USTA Billy Jean King National Tennis Center Women's College Invitational (10/10-11)and posted a 2-1 record in doubles ... finished 3-1 in singles and 2-0 in doubles at the Big Green Invitational (11/5-7).
AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10)
Spring: Competed in 19 dual matches, mostly on the fourth or fifth court ... tallied first ACC win against Virginia Tech's Courtney Rauscher, 6-3, 1-6, 1-0 ... appeared in 12 doubles matches, predominately paired with Katarina Gajic on courts two and three ... finished with a 2-10 doubles record ... recipient of the Athletics Director's Award for Academic Achievement ... named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Fall:Went 4-4 in singles and 0-3 in doubles ... won 1-of-3 matches at the Harvard Fall Classic (9/18-19) ... claimed two matches at the Billie Jean King NTC Women's College Invitational (10/10-11) ... went 1-for-1 at the ITA Divisin-I Northeast Regional Championships (10/25).
BEFORE BC
Ranked as high as 60th in the girls U-16 by TennisEurope.org ... ranked 503rd by the ITF in the girls U-18 division ... was the best player in Finland in the girls U-12, U-14, U-16 and U-18 division ... played for the Finland national team since 12 years old ... won the Finish Masters tournament in the girls U-15 group ... given the Junior of the Year Prize at 12, which signifies excellent performance on and off the court.
