Maddie Damm is in her first full year as an academic counselor and tutorial coordinator in student-athlete academic services after joining in March 2023. She serves as an academic counselor providing academic support for the football, women's soccer, and women's tennis teams. Previously, Damm worked as an assistant learning specialist with the football and men's basketball teams in 2021.
Before joining Boston College full-time, Damm was the assistant athletic director for academic support at the University of New Hampshire where she led and managed all facets of academic support for the football program.
Damm earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Connecticut, where she was a member of the women's soccer team. She completed her Master of Education in athletic counseling from Springfield College in 2020.
