Molly Abbott is in her second year as director of operations for women’s soccer at Boston College.
Since 2022, Abbott has worked to facilitate successful seasons pursuant to the team’s vision, mission and goals. She oversees travel, budgets, event planning, camps, banquets and more.
Abbott joined the Eagles in 2021 as an undergraduate student.
Prior to working at the Heights, Abbott worked as an operations intern with 3STEP Sports in 2023 helping game operations, ensuring league compliance and assisting with statistical tasks. She also took on a role as a supply chain strategy finance intern at Staples delivering analytic support, developing competitor profiles and studying business functions.
Abbott has worked as a proctor at Harvard University Division of Continuing Education, a mathematics tutor at Mathnasium Math Learning Center, and a copyeditor at TrueHoop Inc.
She is currently working to obtain her bachelor's degree in economics with minors in hispanic studies, management and leadership at Boston College.
