Kylie Spencer was a four-year member of the soccer team at the University of Memphis, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering degree in 2015. She then went on to earn her master's in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Biomechanics from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2017. Spencer then spent three years as a research analyst at the University of Kentucky Biomotion Lab.Â

With the Eagles, Spencer will be responsible for the daily management of the WHOOP and Catapult systems used by the Eagles as well as performance analytics.Â

Spencer was a four-year member and two-year captain of the University of Memphis soccer team. As a senior, she was named the AAC Midfielder of the Year and was a First Team All-AAC and First Team NSCAA All-Northeast Region selection. She also earned a spot on the NSCAA Senior College Women's Scholar All-America Second Team and was a candidate for the 2015 NCAA Woman of the Year. Spencer was a three-time member of the All-AAC First Team.

A native of L'lle-Bizard, Quebec, Spencer also represented Canada internationally. She played for the Under-20 Canada Women's National Team at the 2012 and 2014 editions of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup and also played for the U-1 team at the 2010 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.
