Dave Ringham was added to Grace Hollowell's first staff as assistant coach/recruiting coordinator in the fall 2019 semester. He arrived on the Heights with over a decade of coaching experience, including two-year stints as an assistant coach for both Harvard's men's lightweight crew (2010-12) and BU women's lightweight rowing (2017-19) teams.

During his time at BU, Ringham coached at the USRowing U23 Lightweight Women's Development Camp and Selection Camp from 2017-19.

Ringham brings a wealth of experience from the club level after spending the last four years as the director of rowing for the Union Boat Club in Boston. Prior to that he served as an assistant coach for the Community Rowing bay's varsity program in Boston from 2012-16.

While at Harvard, he was directly responsible for the third varsity eight and coached the team's walk-ons during the fall season.

Ringham's first stop coaching on the club circuit began at the Penn Athletic Club Rowing Association in Philadelphia from 2008-10, while also spending time as the head men's novice coach for the Michigan State crew club during that time.

Ringham is a 2010 graduate of Michigan State with a bachelor of science in chemical physics.
