Andie Anastos enters her fourth season as an assistant coach on the Boston College women's hockey staff in the 2022-23 season.

Anastos skated for the Eagles from 2013-17, serving as a captain in her junior and senior seasons, before going on to play one year for the women's basketball team as a graduate student during the 2017-18 season. Since graduating from BC, Anastos has been working as the assistant director of hockey operations at the Suburban Sports Group, a company that owns and operates six ice arenas and has over 2,000 players and 400 coaches under its umbrella in Michigan. Additionally, Anastos was an assistant coach for the HoneyBaked Hockey Club Under-19 Girls team. Anastos was the first two-year captain for the women's hockey team in a decade and one of just nine in program history. She was also voted a captain in her one season with the basketball team.

On the ice, Anastos suited up for 156 games at BC, fourth-most in program history, and still currently ranks in the top 10 on the Eagles' career list in several offensive categories: eighth in points (144), tied for eighth in assists (86), tied for fifth in game-winning goals (13) and short-handed goals (6) and eighth in plus/minus (120). She was tabbed Hockey East Rookie of the Year in 2014 and named the Hockey East Tournament MVP as a senior. Anastos was a key member of a class that won 129 games, earned four NCAA tournament berths – including three trips to the Frozen Four and the program's first national championship game appearance – and won three Beanpot titles, two conference tournament titles and four regular season titles. Off the ice, she was a three-time honoree of the Hockey East All-Academic Team and Athletic Director's Award for Academic Achievement.

In her season on the court, Anastos started 27 of her 28 games played and led the Eagles in assists (92). The Farmington Hills, Mich. native was named to the 2017-18 All-ACC Women's Basketball Academic Team.

Anastos graduated with a bachelor's degree in applied psychology and human development from the Lynch School of Education in 2017 and a master's degree in leadership and education from the Woods College of Advancing Study in 2018.
