AS A SENIOR (2016)
The first meet of her senior season was at the Coast to Coast Battle in Beantown with a 5K time of 21:16.2 .
AS A JUNIOR Â (2015)
Started off the season at  the Coast to Coast Battle in Beantown finishing with 3.11M time of 19:47.6 (9/25)...completing the NEICAAA XC Championship with a 5K time of 20:11.2 (10/10) and finishing off the season at the CCSU Mini meet with a 3K time of 11:06.0 (10/23).
AS A REDSHIRTED FRESHMAN (2014)
Finished 17th with a time of 19:35.0 at the Battle in Beantown (9/26)...placed 6th in the 1000m with a time of 3:05.06 at the BU Meet (1/22).
BEFORE BC
NJAC Scholar Athlete Award (2013) recipient... D'Agostino Award recipient... 2011 and 2012 cross country captain... 2012-13 track captain... 2009-13 All-County for cross country and track... 2011-12 All-State for cross country... school record in 800m, 1200m relay and 1600m... 20111 Distinguished Student Award recipient.
PERSONAL
Daughter of Mark and Edith Seel... two siblings: Jonathan (15) and Mason (11)... enrolled in the Caroll School of Management.
