AS A JUNIOR (2020-21): At Army, swam the breaststroke leg of the 4th 200 Y Medley Relay with a split of 30.99… At the ACC Championship meet, swam a season best in the 50 Y Free with a time of 26.10… swam a season best in the 100 Y Breast with a time of 1:07.07… swam a season best in the 200 Y Breast with a time of 2:27.62.
BEFORE BC: Attended Sacred Heart Academy…four-year varsity letter ... four-year regional competitor ... three-year state competitor ... 2017 state champion in 400 freestyle relay ... all-region team member ... 2017 All-American ... two-time regional champion ... NCSA qualifier.
PERSONAL: Sophia is from Louisville, Kentucky… She lived in China for 11 years… She is the only child of Rima and Don Miller… Rima is from Tokyo, Japan and Don is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania… Enrolled in the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences.
