Joined the team as a sophomore... Swam distance/middle distance - the 500 yd free style and 200 yd freestyle.... Traveled to Providence and the invitational meets.... Season best times at BU invitational and Dartmouth meet... Started to swim backstroke towards end of season. Received Athletic Director's Award for Academic Achievement. BEFORE BC
Been swimming competitively since eighth grade... Swam four years in high school as mainly a distance swimmer... Qualified for state finals all four years in the 500 yd freestyle... Swam for Glastonbury US team for four years and LEHY US team for one year. PERSONAL
