In the short spring season, Walden was the skipper as the tea placed third overall at the John T. Jackson Memorial Team Race on March 7-8 ... Competed in four races regattas in the fall ... He was a skipper as he helped BC win the Norman Reid Trophy on Oct. 19 ... At the Hewitt Trophy Regatta, Walden was the skipper as he combined with Katharine Bowman and finished fourth in the A Division. The team placed fourth overall ... At the NEISA Qualifier, Walden was the skipper and combined with teammate Lily Mathieu as they placed second in the B Division. The team placed fourth overall ... He skippered the B Division event to place 12th out of 19 teams at the Hatch Brown Memorial Trophy event. The team placed 11th.Â
