Elizabeth Rubright enters her first season with the Boston College Football program as the Assistant Director of On-Campus Recruiting.

Prior to her arrival on The Heights, Rubright attended Liberty University, where she held several different positions. She was an on-campus recruiting assistant for the football program, where she aided in the planning, set-up, and execution of all aspects of game day recruiting events and official visit weekends. Rubright was also a tutor for athletics and a student-athlete development and engagement intern.

In 2025, Rubright was an on-campus recruiting intern at Boston College, where she helped plan and execute over 50 official visits for prospective student athletes and their families.

Originally from New Jersey, Rubright graduated from Liberty in 2026 with a degree in Sport Management.
