2002-05 - Middlebury College (Vt., Linebacker  Â
- Is in his ninth year coaching and his first at Boston College as the special team coordinator and outside linebackers coach
- Coached the University of Florida special teams to the second-best punt return average in the Southeastern Conference and the 17th-best in the nation
- UF punter Kyle Christy earned AP Second-Team All-SEC honors, averaging 44.3 yards per punt, the 14th-best average in the nation under his tutelage
- Improved Florida kicker Austin Hardin’s field-goal percentage 16 points (7-of-10 in 2014)
- Working with the outside linebackers coach, coached Dante Fowler, Jr. to a Coaches First-Team All-SEC selection, totaling 8.5 sacks for a loss of 64 yards and 15 tackles for a loss of 78 yards in 2014.Â
- As the special teams coordinator at New Mexico, the Lobos were first in the conference and 15th in the nation in kickoff returns in 2013 and returner Carlos Wiggins earned Mountain West Special Teams Player of the Year, tallying three kickoffs for touchdowns
- Helped New Mexico improve from 112th among 120 Football Bowl Subdivision schools in net punting in 2011 to 25th in 2012
- Worked for two years under special teams coordinator and linebackers coach DJ Durkin at Florida (2010-11), where he first coached with Steve Addazio and Justin Frye in 2010
- In 2010, Ray Guy Award recipient Chas Henry was a consensus first-team All-American selection and ranked sixth in SEC record books for average yards per punt (43.0)
- Began his coaching career at the University of San Diego, working as a defensive assistant in 2006 before moving to Palo Alto to become a recruiting assistant at Stanford in 2007 and then an assistant to co-defensive coordinators Ron Lynn and Andy Buh and to Durkin
