AS A SENIOR (2018)
Saw action in all 19 games over the season, starting in 13 ... recorded two goals, one vs. New Hampshire (Sept. 23) and one vs. UMass (Oct. 14).
AS A JUNIOR (2017)
Played in all 19 games, making 16 starts at back … recorded one shot on goal … part of the defensive unit that recorded three shutouts...named to the ACC Honor Roll.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016)
Appeared in all 20 games, starting 11 … started the season playing midfielder but shifted to back with a start at Louisville (Oct. 7) and proceeded to start the final 10 games of the season … part of the defensive unit that posted a road shutout at Indiana (Oct. 9) … made one defensive save on the season against No. 3 Connecticut (Oct. 30) … named to the ACC Honor Roll and earned the Athletic Director’s Award for Academic Achievement.
AS A FRESHMAN (2015)
Played in 19 games, starting two … tallied seven points on three goals and one assist … first career goal was the game-winner in the 4-0 victory over Quinnipiac (Aug. 30) … made first career start, recording a goal and an assist, in the 6-1 win against Northeastern (Sept. 20) … scored in the 3-2 loss to Louisville (Oct. 16) … named to the ACC Honor Roll and earned the Athletic Director’s Award for Academic Achievement.
BEFORE BC
A four-year performer at Weston High School for head coach – and former BC Eagle – Kim Desto … scored 81 career goals and added 49 assists as a center midfielder … was a two-time NFHCA High School All-America selection (2013, 2014), a two-time NFHCA all-region honoree (2013, 2014) and a four-time Dual Count League All-Star (2011-14) … a three-time member of both the Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastic Teams (2012-14) … named to MAX Field Hockey’s “National Top 10 Players to Watch in 2014” list and was named its New England Midfielder of the Year … also played ice hockey and lacrosse in high school … a three-time Dual County League All-Star in hockey (2012, 2013, 2015) and a two-time all-star in lacrosse (2014, 2015) … captained the lacrosse team as a junior and senior … played club field hockey with Boston Field Hockey Club, based in Boston, for head coach Nate Coolidge … a three-time participant in USA Field Hockey’s Future Elite Program (2013-15) and was invited to the 2015 National Futures Championship … earned Weston High’s prestigious Theodore Chandler Memorial Award - the school’s highest athletic honor, which is voted on by students, teachers and coaches and presented to the boy and girl who best exemplify athletic accomplishment, scholarship and school spirit … a member of Weston’s Principal’s Advisory Committee, a three-year member of the student council and a four-year participant in the student leadership conference.
