Jack Milani is in his second year as director of player development at Boston College baseball. Before entering this role in 2023, he was a graduate assistant at Boston College.
Prior to coming to the Heights, he served as director of analytics for Division 1 Wofford College baseball from 2019-2023.
He has worked as a coach for the Brewster Whitecaps, a scouting intern for Prep Baseball Report, and both a manager and athletic trainer for Blessed Trinity Catholic High School baseball. Works with various baseball technology systems to optimize performance.
Milani graduated from Wofford College in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in economics. During his time at Wofford, he was a baseball student assistant and the director of analytics.
He is currently working to obtain a master’s degree in sports administration from Boston College.
