Women's Basketball Inks Natalia Hall-Rosa

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College women's basketball has announced the signing of Seton Hall transfer Natalia Hall-Rosa.
"Natalia is another local talent that we are thrilled to bring home to BC," said head coach Kate Popovec-Goss. "She's a versatile guard with great size, and we feel like she can play multiple positions within our system. Her physicality and playmaking abilities will enhance our system, as well as the pride she carries for Boston College. Welcome home, Natalia!"
A 6-foot guard/forward from Randolph, Mass., Hall-Rosa becomes the Eagles' second in-state addition, joining Grace Oliver, and the second transfer in the class.
Hall-Rosa appeared in 25 games with one start during her freshman season at Seton Hall, averaging 2.6 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 0.9 assists per game. She shot 45.5 percent from the field, 34.8 percent from three-point range, and 72.7 percent from the free throw line.
She scored in 15 games, highlighted by a career-high nine points on 3-of-5 shooting, along with five rebounds and four assists in her first collegiate start against Villanova.
Hall-Rosa also put together a strong two-game stretch against St. John's and Villanova, averaging 8.5 points on 6-of-11 shooting and three rebounds.
Prior to college, Hall-Rosa had a standout high school career at Randolph High School, Bridgewater-Raynham, and The Rivers School, where she consistently averaged at least 14 points per game. She earned 4Deep Sports Talk Player of the Year and Taunton Daily Gazette Player of the Year honors, while also being named a three-time Boston Herald All-Star and All-Scholastic selection.
She was a Southeast Conference MVP, a three-time Enterprise/Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic honoree, and surpassed 1,000 career points. Hall-Rosa was also named her high school's Most Outstanding Athlete and earned Gym Rat Challenge MVP honors.
