Women's Golf Finishes Sixth Place at City of Oaks Collegiate

Kim finishes 11th place to lead all Eagles

RALEIGH, N.C. – The Boston College Women's Golf team wrapped up action at the City of Oaks Collegiate, hosted by N.C. State on the Lonnie Poole Golf Course Tuesday afternoon. The team finished sixth place overall at 54-over par

Junior Frances Kim was the highest placing Eagle in the lineup, earning 11^th place overall at 10-over par. Kim was a consistent top 15 player across the 54-hole tournament, logging five birdies.

Following was senior Cynthia Zhang at 14-over par, good for a 16^th place tie. She finished with a round three score of 76, the best of any BC golfer on the final day of action.

Next was sophomore Ana Lucia Trevino, who finished the tournament in a tie for 27^th place at 16-over par.

Freshman Joyce Zhang tied for 42^nd place at 19-over par, and graduate student Tiffany Cao finished in a tie for 65^th place at 26-over par to round out the BC lineup

Sophomore Jenna Shilts is tied for 62^nd place at 24-over par as an individual.

Boston College now looks ahead to the ACC Championships, held at Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, N.C. from April 16-19.
