Boston College Climbs Standings After Second Round at Lake Oconee

GREENSBORO, Ga. – Boston College Women's Golf concluded the second round this afternoon, moving up to fourth place (294-297=591) at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational.

Freshman Joyce Zhang (73-71) continues to lead the BC lineup, sitting in a tie for 7^th place. She finished the second round with five birdies to move back to even-par.

Next are senior Cynthia Zhang (75-72) and graduate student Tiffany Cao (71-76) each sitting at 3-over par for 15^th place. Both Eagles recorded three birdies in the round.

Closing out the starting five is sophomore Jenna Shilts (75-79) in a tie for 51st place, and junior Frances Kim (78-78) tied for 62nd place.

Boston College remains the best shooting team on par-5 holes (-8).

Boston College closes out the tournament Sunday, February 22 at 10 a.m., teeing off with Central Arkansas and Delaware.
