Winston-Salem, N.C. - No.13 Boston College (3-5, 0-2 ACC) drop their second ACC game of the weekend to No. 20 Wake Forest (6-2, 2-0 ACC) with a score of 2-1 on Sunday afternoon in North Carolina.
The Demon Deacons started with a 2-0 lead after the first quarter over the Eagles after an early goal was called back from BC.
With a minute left in the first half, Kate Bock puts the Eagles on the board with help from Madelieve Drion for her first collegiate goal.
Neither side broke through in the second half, with most of the match's 12 corners (nine for BC and three for WF) turning into saves. The Eagles held a narrow edge in total shots (13–11) and shots on goal (9–8), while the Demon Deacons led in saves (8–6).

The Eagles come back to Newton to host North Carolina on Sunday Sept. 28 at 12 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ACCN.
