
ACC/SEC Challenge Matchup Announced - BC Hosts LSU

Eagles and Tigers meet for the first time on Dec. 3 at Conte Forum
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Boston College will host LSU as part of the third annual ACC/SEC Challenge, it was announced today by ESPN. Â The Eagles and Tigers will face off on Wednesday, Dec. 3. Â It will mark the first time the Eagles and Tigers will meet on the hardwood.
The ACC/SEC Challenge will feature games across the ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ACC Network, and SEC Networks. Â Coverage details, including platform designations and commentator information, as well as tip time will be announced at a later date.
Boston College is 1-1 all-time in the challenge series between the two power conferences. Â Last season, BC dropped a home matchup with South Carolina on Dec. 3, 2024. Â In the inaugural challenge, the Eagles earned a win at Vanderbilt on Nov. 29, 2023.
BC holds a 13-13 record vs. teams currently in the SEC: Auburn (2-2); Florida (0-3); Georgia (1-0); South Carolina (2-2); Tennessee (2-1); Texas (0-1); Texas A&M (1-0); Vanderbilt (5-4).Â
Fans can now reserve their seats at Conte Forum, as season tickets are available for purchase or renewal for the 2025-26 season. Â Full ticket packages start as low as $150 for adults and are available at all price levels, including the lower bowl.
