Swimming & Diving Set to Close Out Regular Season with BU Winter Open

The Eagles will travel to BU on Friday and Saturday for the BU Winter Open
BOSTON, Mass. – The Boston College Swimming & Diving team is set to wrap up the regular season with the BU Winter Open on Friday and Saturday.
The meet will take place from Friday and Saturday at the FitRec Competition Pool on the campus of Boston University.Â
Competition is set to begin at 6 p.m. on Friday night with swimming events, followed by Swimming and Diving competitions that begin at 12 p.m. on Saturday. There will also be a night session on Saturday that kicks off at 6 p.m.
The Eagles will have at least one athlete competing across 11 events over the course of the two-day meet.Â
Boston College will be sending its Men's team for the Swimming events only, and the Eagles will feature Anthony Rosenberger and Jessica Tonole for Diving.Â
The Eagles will be joined by Boston University, Brown, Colgate, Cornell, Dartmouth, Holy Cross, MIT, and Tufts on the Men's side, while BC will face Brown, Colgate, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Holy Cross, MIT, Northeastern, and Tufts on the Women's side for diving.Â

The Eagles were defeated 104-195 by the Quakers of the University of Pennsylvania, while BC fell to the Crimson of Harvard University 68-230 on Jan. 25 in Cambridge, Mass.Â
