More School Records Set at Day 3 of ACC Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Boston College Swimming & Diving completed day three of the 2025 ACC Championships on Thursday at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Boston College swam in six swimming event prelims, as well as Women's 3m diving throughout day three of the championship meet.

Samantha Smith broke the BC school record for the Women's 100 yd Butterfly as she touched the wall at 54.64 to earn 49th overall.

Jack Doyle was the highest finisher on the Men's side, placing 28th in the Men's 400 yd IM with a time of 3:48.50. Chloe Otten raced to a time of 4:27.82 to earn 41st overall in the Women's 400 yd IM, while Emma McNulty placed 42nd with her time of 4:38.17.

Bryce Henkel placed 45th in the Men's 100 fly with a time of 48.09, while Lauren Lee placed 60th in the Women's 200 yd Freestyle with her time of 1:51.51.

Peter Nolan (1:38.65) and Finnegan Crawford (1:38.73) placed 51st and 52nd overall respectively in the Men's 200 yd Freestyle.

Up Next: Boston College Swimming & Diving will head into day 4 of the ACC Swimming & Diving Championships. Prelims will begin at 9:30 a.m. and finals will start at 5:30 p.m., while fans can stream the meet on ACCNX.
