Eagles compete at Saint Michael's Carnival on Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 in Vermont

JEFFERSONVILLE, Vt. – The Boston College Men's Women's Skiing teams competed at the Saint Michael's Carnival over the weekend of Jan. 31-Feb. 1 in Vermont.

Bode Flanigan led the way for the Eagles in Men's Slalom, finishing seventh overall with a time of 1:56.38. Charlie Lang also earned a top-20 finish, placing 16th overall with a time of 1:57.77.

Flanigan followed up with another top-10 finish on the day, earning seventh overall in Men's Giant Slalom with a time of 1:49.86. Gunnar Travis raced to a time of 1:51.31, placing 19th overall in Men's Giant Slalom.

Megan Olsen led the way for the Women's team, earning two top-20 placements, including a sixth overall finish in the Women's Giant Slalom with a time of 1:52.48. Alex Cossette finished just behind in eight place, earning a time of 1:52.56. Olsen also earned 18th place in Women's Slalom, racing to a time of 1:58.40.

Up Next: The Eagles will compete at the Dartmouth Carnival on Feb. 7-8 in Lyme Center, N.H.
