Campbell Named Hockey East Goaltender of the Month

AMESBURY, Mass. – Boston College senior goaltender Grace Campbell has been named the Hockey East Goaltender of the Month, the league announced Wednesday.

Campbell posted a 5-2-1 record, .957 save percentage, and 1.49 goals-against average in eight November starts, leading all league goaltenders in save percentage and total saves (269). She recorded two shutouts at Vermont on Nov. 1 and against Merrimack on Nov. 22.

Her month included a 37-save shutout at Vermont, a 47-save win at UConn on Nov. 8, and 43 saves in a home victory over Boston University on Nov. 13. She added 33 and 41 saves in the St. Lawrence series to close out November.

Campbell also earned Hockey East Goaltender of the Week honors on Nov. 18.

BC closes out the semester with a home-and-home series against Northeastern. The Eagles host the Huskies on Friday at 6 p.m. on ESPN+, before visiting Matthews Arena on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. on NESN.
