CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The Eagle pair Seren Agar and Alex Torre closed competition at ITA East Sectional Championships falling in the Quarterfinals to NC State 6-3, 6-4 Friday afternoon.

Seren Agar and Alex Torre competed in the Round of 16 Thursday, defeating University of Virginia 6-3, 7-6 (7-3) in a tiebreaker.

The duo then moved on to the Quarterfinal round, competing against NC State's Jasmine Conway and Anna Zyryanova. The duo fought hard, but unfortunately fell 6-3, 6-4 to NC State.
