
Field Hockey Announces the Signing Class of 2026

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Head Coach Kelly Doton and the Boston College field hockey team are excited to welcome five new student-athletes to the Heights to join the team in 2026 - Maren Boyle, Arianna Fragomeni, Lucy Parker, Josephine "Jo" VanHoutan and Regan Welsh.
ÂMaren Boyle – Scituate, Mass. – Phillips Academy – Forward
- Plays on the True Grit Field Hockey Club
- MAX Field Hockey 2026 Top 100 Players To Watch
- Is a U-21 Junior Women's National Team Selection Camp December '25
- All-time leader in career goals, career assist and single season assist at her high school
- Named the 2025 Field Hockey Co-Captain
- Was a member of the 2024 NEPSAC Class A Championship Team
- Has recorded 56 goals and 42 assists in her high school career
- NFHCA 2023 and 2024 High School All-Region First Team for Massachusetts
Arianna Fragomeni – Mountain Lakes, N.J. – Mountain Lakes High School – Goalkeeper
- Plays on the WC Eagles Field Hockey Club
- Holds all-time save record (759) and most saves in a game (33) at her high school
- Named the 2025-26 Field Hockey Captain
- Three time Field Hockey All Star First Team Group 1, First Team All NJAC, First Team All Morris County Coaches Poll; 2023-25
- Earned First Team All-Group 1 Star-Ledger her freshman year
- Named to Second Team All-State in 2025
- Has recorded 35 shutouts in her high school career
Lucy Parker – Andover, Mass. – Phillips Academy – Midfield
- Plays with the NorthEast Elite
- Was a member of the 2024 NEPSAC Class A Championship Team
- Earned NEPSAC honorable mention in 2023 and 2024
- Named the 2025 Field Hockey Co-Captain
- Has recorded 27 goals and 19 assists in her high school career
Jo VanHoutan – Houston, Texas – St. John's School – Defense
- Plays on the Texas Pride Field Hockey Club
- Was a member of a three-time Texas State Championship team; 2022, 2023, 2024
- Was the Runner-Up in the Texas State Championship
- Earn an All-SPC honor in 2025
- Has recorded 20 goals as a defensive player in her high school career
Regan Welsh – West Chester, Pa. – Downingtown West High School – Forward
- Plays on the WC Eagles Field Hockey Club
- Was a member of a three-time Chestmont League Champion team; 2022, 2023, 2024
- Was PIAA District 1 Champions in 2022 and Runner Ups in 2023
- Named First Team All-League in 2024 and 2025
- Earned Second Team All-State in 2024
