CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College women's basketball tips off its 54th season Monday at 6 p.m. against Holy Cross in Conte Forum.

About the Eagles
Year in Review
The Eagles finished with 16 wins last season, an ACC Tournament win, and a WBIT appearance. Boston College went on a 3-1 stretch before falling to North Carolina and Villanova in the postseason. Head coach Joanna Bernabei-McNamee became the third coach in school history to reach 100 wins on the Heights.
New Look Roster
The Eagles bring in 11 newcomers, including six transfers, four freshmen, and BC lacrosse standout Emma LoPinto. Athena Tomlinson is back for her sophomore season after finishing fifth among all freshmen in assists per game (1.8), and Ava McGee returns from injury.

- Watch if Athena Tomlinson can have another successful outing against Holy Cross, as she scored a career-high 10 points with three assists against the Crusaders last season.
- See if BC can force turnovers into easy baskets. The Eagles averaged 24.8 points off turnovers last season (13.4 in losses).
- Watch if the Eagles can keep Holy Cross off the line, as BC was 11-4 when opponents attempted 15 or fewer free throws last season.
